For your “Power Abs” workout, we would suggest doing 4 rounds of 30 seconds of each movement followed by 30 seconds of rest. This will total 10 minutes and your abs will be burning in the best of ways! All you need is your body and a floor so no excuses not to get in a great abs workout.
